I was lived in Canada two years ago, but I have moved to Hong Kong and now I get this message if I sign in to my account

There is a problem with your request
We've detected that you are signing in from a country that is different from where your account signed up. Your sign-in is from Hong Kong while your account was registered from Canada

Please get in touch with us if this is a mistake.

Is it possible log-in from Hong Kong now?

One idea that comes to mind is to use a VPN like Private Internet Access and select an IP address from Canada.

the same firewall will stop you...

if you are using a proxy -:- or you are using VPN -:- or you are using something like TOR --- you CAN NOT setup -:- or open -:- or log-into a x10hosting's free-hosting account --- this is a computer (system) setting and staff can not bypass (override) it

your account's current IP must show the same country code - as the country code you were using to setup your account - when you sign-in to your account

NOTE: Admins can reset the 'country code'

Just tried both VPN and TOR - am indeed not able to log into cPanel account, but CAN login to forums from both.

Could you please confirm that it takes logging into the forums (as stated in another post,) and not your cPanel to count against inactivity? Does it require simply logging in, or must you view/reply to a post?

Thanks.

NO

log-in or post in the forums will NOT count...
now all you need to do - and the only way for it to count - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in - at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
and keep your installed ( non SiteBuilder ) scripts up to date

make sure that your connection allows communication through port 2083 as well - workplaces, schools and public access points frequently do not let you use that port

see x10hosting's free-hosting "Terms of Service" (TOS) - at --> [ https://x10hosting.com/legal/terms-of-service ]
