Login error

Dear X10,

I have an account with you named imperial, the login email being imperialmissions@gmail.com and password *********. I can login to my account fine but when trying to access the cPanel I get an error message. Also, it says that my account does not exist when trying to access the Url.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
