Hello, I am having some issues with a new service I created some days ago. I am using an old account which I recently reactivated (two previous services were terminated for inactivity) and I created a fresh service with a new domain, gdcsgssx.x10.mx . However, even after 4 days, I still cannot access the Hosting Control Panel. I keep receiving the same error message pasted below:
Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available
Can anyone help me with this? Much appreciated

http://gdcsgssx.x10.mx/ is active. Can you login here: https://x10hosting.com/login and use the services blue Hosting Control Panel button link? On the dashboard the button is green.
I can login with no issues, when i click the blue button link the message I pasted appears

Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available

log in and use the user name in the service detail page, should be 8 letters. and try to login here: http://x14.x10hosting.com:2222

If it does not log in then go back to the service details and use the green change password button. If successful try and log in again at http://x14.x10hosting.com:2222

If nothing work come back and bump this thread again, by then @Eric S will see it.

Thank you very much for your help. Unfortunately logging in on the 2222 port you linked shows "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again" and changing the password through the services page shows "Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again."

This is the information contained in the confirmation email I received when I set up the service (idk if it's enough or too much):

Domain: http://gdcsgssx.x10.mx

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with accessing your hosting control panel.

  1. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, stored cache can cause login issues. Clearing your browser cache and cookies may resolve the problem. Try logging in again after clearing the cache.
  2. Use a different browser or device: It's possible that the issue is specific to the browser or device you're currently using. Try accessing the hosting control panel from a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.
  3. Contact customer support: If the issue continues, reach out to the customer support of the hosting service provider. They should be able to assist you in troubleshooting the problem or providing further guidance.
As you have mentioned that you reactivated an old account and created a new service, it's possible that there might be some account-specific or configuration issues that require assistance from the service provider. They will have access to your account details and should be able to investigate and resolve the issue more effectively.

Remember to provide them with the exact error message you are receiving for better assistance.
