I know you must get this alot, and I did search for the answer in the forums and found multiple threads about this issue, but none with answers. So I am left to make a new thread.
When I try to login to modify my web html files, I can't get in and get this error:
"Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments."
Any thoughts on what to do? Sorry and thank you for your time.

Ok, I found a work-around. I got in by going directly to the cPanel, instead of logging in from the main page. But that means that there is still something wrong with the main login page. But thanks for viewing!
