Login failing at Account panel

Sir,
i am using your hosting service and there is a malfunction at logging in account panel at lotus.x10hosting.com:2082!! how do i login at account panel?? my username at account panel was sdon2

Do you get any errors? If so what does it say?

At a first glance I see nothing that could be wrong, you could try and reset the cPanel password through the panel at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php - Use the same credentials as here at the forums to login there.
