Login with your Forum username and password.
In the yellow box to right,

click on link and then on button that says Login to cPanel
Or use link

use your cPanel username (same as forum name) and cPanel password. If you have forgotten your password (try your forum password in case) you can set both Forum and cPanel password at the Account Management Panel at the first link above.
