login in not working

when ever i try login in either in my http://ogtfs.x10hosting.com:2082 or my http://x10hosting.com/account it doesn't work. In my account login link that was sent to me i get the user name doesn't exist and in the cpanel it pops up with the box to put in my login in and password but it doesn't work it erases the boxes and wants me to try again i am on a mac so could it be safaris fault or is there somthing that didn't set up right. sorry i did search but couldn't find and thing close to this problem and i signed up today.

At http://x10hosting.com/account you need to use your FORUM username and password.

About your cPanel, I've reset your password and sent you a new password by PM. Please tell me if you can login now. You should then be able to change the password in cPanel.
