And did you tried the cpanel link from the account management panel --> http://x10hosting.com/control

i got that about three days ago and thought it would be fixed but it hasn't been yet...

It appears to be some issue with the account panel.

Its because if we Escalate the thread the support goes only to THREAD STARTER . And that will not effect your particular account

Login to Account panel using forum username and password and try to reset the cpanel password.

cpanel user name is justvam and I know my password is good but lon-on attempt failure is always there...

Did you tried to reset the password?

Create you own thread, don't post in others support thread.
