Login Looping

Hello,

I try to login to my website and it is looping. It says it is initializing, validates my credentials, and signs me in. After that, it repeats.

https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/main, and https://xo5.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ are the websites it bounces back and forth.

Please let me know what can be done. Thanks!

Perhaps, can someone tell me if this is because my account might have been suspended? I have seen that the admins have seen this problem in the past and resolved it for other users. Again, thanks for any help!

to the user - there has been no change with how x10hosting's 'log-in firewall' works - for years

We're using some different software than we did a few months ago, yes. Essentially it still does what it has always done, however, which is catch large influxes of login attempts from particular IP addresses and block them to prevent brute-force attacks.
