i've been thinking .... with all the fun 'n games on here lately, it'd be great if we could chalk up each login to make a kind of login credit account. some of us could avoid suspension for the next five years.

That won't happen.
The login requirement is there to get rid of accounts that are taking up space but the owner doesn't use it anymore. What you want would get rid of that and Corey would have to buy new servers every month.
