login problem at the forum!

I've been told that If I dont want to get my free hosting suspended, I should login to the forum weekly.
But Its really difficult for me to login.
When I try, sometimes this error comes up!

In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist.

Make sure you use this URL:
http://forums.x10hosting.com

That would come up if you were using http://x10hosting.com/forums
