Login Problem

When I log in I am taken to the ad enhanced cpanel linking page, but my account is the free one. When I enter my account name it says the account does not exist.

When did you create your accounts? Did you get confirmation mail for your account?

I created my account on the 3rd. I received my email confirmation which i used.

I still cannot login to Cpanel. I have unfortunately had trouble with my email accounts and have lost dukeries@tesco.net which I cannot now use.
