Login problems

Hello...another newbie here!!

I'm using FileZilla to try to connect. I've checked the username and password.

Any help would be appriciated.

Can you login to cPanel? If so, its the same username and password, might also try adding an ftp user from within cPanel, and trying that. it's case sensitive.
