Login Problems

First of thanks to everyone that helped me the first time around;

I've been having trouble logging onto my x10hosting account.
It says it requires a confirmation code so I hit the "resend confirmation email" button, but without success.
It returns with an error code: "ERRT61042"

Someone else had a similar problem, but their case was elevated; I can assume it's something I cannot fix.
