Login Problems

I am having problems logging in to cPanel. I tried resetting the password and cannot log into the cPanel. Not sure what username to use is it andrechr or chriscandrews or my email address chriscandrews@hotmail.com. None of these worked with the old or new password and I tried from multiple computers. Can you please help me resolve this problem.

Having you been changing your password through your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php? If not, please do so there. After it completes, then you should be able to enter your cPanel through the button link in your hosting details in your account panel.
