Login problems

Hi

I have created a new account / website and I have never been able to view the website or access my cPanel however initially I did get into my account, although now that comes up with an error.

The error says

"An Error Has OccurredAlthough you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

I would have to say this will be due to the server move going on. I might recommend just emailing me your account details, to russ@x10hosting.com and i'll manually create it. I am fixing to go to work, so it'll take me 8 hours to do so, But, it will be done.
