I am logging in my x10hosting account successfully but when I get to the next window where I can choose either to log on to cPanel or Webmail when I select cPanel I can not login to the cPanel window, it is coming up with "Login Attempt Failed!"
and I am unable to upload my ZIP file to update my site since I can't reach File Manger area.
What is causing this and what can I do?
