My Error When I try to open the CPanel is A Fatal error or timeout occured while processing this directive.

Looking at the status page http://status.x10hosting.com/, it appears that there are still upgrades going on with the cPanel and Apache. Check back there to keep updated on service alerts. They'll post an update when it's done.
