login to cPanel

I can't login to my account from https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083

At https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083 my login/password doesn't work.

Go to Account Panel above. Sign in with Forum username/password.

1. Go to Hosting and try to use 'Login to cPanel' button.

2. Change password ('old password' is current Forum password). This will change it to the same password Forum and cPanel. Wait 5-10 minutes for system to digest it. Try to use new password on the link DeadBattery gave you.

3. Two failures, post back here and I will escalate it so a Staff can manually set it.
