login to cpanel

Why can't I log in to my cpanel. I am using my correct username and password? I can login to my account panel using my email and password. When I use my username and password for the account panel I also get a login failed. It seems like my username isn't recognized although I spell it correct (case sensitive).

Hello,

Can somebody please help with this problem because it is already for two days that I can't log in to my cpanel. I would like to start developing my site.:confused:

OK, the problem seems to be solved. I think there was some misconfiguration for my password because after changing my password everything works fine again.
So this thread may be closed.
