Login trouble

Im trying to login at www.x10hosting.com but every time i do it says

It seems your hosting account is not linked. Can you provide us the cpanel username to check what happened to your account?

If you didn't login into forums for long period then most probably your hosting account is suspended and then terminated due to inactivity.

Then you are free to re register for new account with the same forum account for linking.

You must login to forums(here) atleast every 31 days to avoid inactivity suspension. Login into Cpanel or Account panel doesn't counted towards activity.
