Login troubles.

I'm having difficulty logging in. I know there's a couple of threads on this but I didn't seem to find the answer to my problem. When I tried logging into cpanel it says "Login Attempt Failed!". I'm having the same problem with logging into my account via the site. Thanks for reading.
