im tying to log via ftp vith filezilla (mac) program, the anser is something like this: "there is no home directory available" while i can see my home directory with the panel. I want to know what is happening. Thanks

What are the settings you are using to login to FTP

You have to use Host name as gastonguerra.pcriot.com
username is your cpanel username

and navigate to /public_html to upload files

the host name i was given was "ftp.gastonguerra.pcriot.com". I've just try to log in with the one that you gave me and there is the same answer...
