i cant login to cpanel nor can i login in to the managment site. I have searched but it seem i need help from administrator

It doesn't appear that you have an account linked to your forum account.
Can you tell us what your Cpanel name is and what package you signed up for?

Also, to login to your AMP, you would use your forum name / password.
