When I was at High School, they had a computer admin(s) who had no idea what they were doing, eg They stored all the profiles, userdata, personal documents all in one folder and then shared the root folder Windows 98 style.(ie chmod -R 777 /*) Then to stop that they got a program that randomanly blocked explorer.exe from loading.
One smart ass used that access to delete the teacher's profiles, so it took all the teachers 1/2 hour to log on. It normally took about 10mins to logon.
