Long-Term Email and Account Issues

Hello, I have been with X10 for quite a few years and have had issues with the email system off and on. However, in 2016 the email system completely stopped working and I have not had to use my forums for new members (just current and manual register new) so I did not look far into it. Now I have deleted all of my forums and started from scratch and the PHP Default worked for 3 total emails and then stopped. SMTP does not work either which has always been an issue. I am not sure if this is due to my hosting plan as it is from well over 3-4 years old (adfree-infinity-prime). Is my hosting plan causing problems for this? Can someone look into my account?

I want to update. I just spent the day researching this issue. It seems the issue is that x10 and Simple Machines Forums do not like each other. I installed MyBB to make sure this was the case and the PhP default method not only works, but is instant with MyBB. Looks like a forum switch is needed to fix this issue.
