haha umm im not sure i suppose its the "effect" i put on from Photoshop i belive it was "cutout" but yeah i suppose its good for the time being.. thank for all the comments.. =)

Yes it is cutout. Check the Marketplace for Fake VECTOR. I made the photo of Hitler the same way.
