on this page of my site i used coffeecup software to design a form, initially the form worked but now it gives me an error...

im not knowledgable enough about php to correct whatever the problem is, i really like the look of my form but without it working my site is useless

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

It says "Cannot find your XML file. You need to upload it for this form to work."

Listening to that error, I would assume you are missing some files and probably haven't uploaded them all to the same folder.

the xml file is there, the initial error i get is:

Cannot send email!
Either sendmail or smtp is not properly configured on your system.
Please contact your hosting provider to correct this problem.

when i refresh i get:

No <xml> data file found
Please upload the data xml file

the files coffeecup said i needed to upload for the form to work are:
myform.xml
myform.swf
myform.html
myform.php

theyre all in my public_html folder

Well, did you upgrade you PHP level?

Hmm, hopefully and admin can get to this thread then. I'm sure a mod or higher will alert them of it.
