looking for some details about X10 Premium

I am a subscriber of X10Hosting (the free one) for years, and am very happy with it.

Now I have suggested one of my friends for your premium service, and he has asked me to initiate things.
I would like to know things about it.
I have read the features you're providing and it's pretty good.
But i need someone to talk to about few things that I am concerned about, like the site uptime.
