Looking for some website/HTML/Java script template

I'm lazy.

I had a really nice website some years ago but the company went under and I lost the way I had it set up. Sure, I can type of the code again but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place where you can find basic templates where you can just input your personal information to create a website.

Hey I picked one from the template website. This one:

I'm going to make some adjustments clearly. Anyway, I was wondering, how do I edit this document in dreamweaver? I load it up and no matter how much I change the settings in edit. I can't pull it up in a browser to test it.
