Looking for Staff

Hi, I am looking for staff who are good at web design to be a developer for SohailTech.com which includes work on http://forums.sohailtech.com/ and http://tutorials.sohailtech.com/. Just list your skills like PHP, CSS or anything else... I am also looking for an expert Flash Designer mostly with skills in AS2/3 to sort some small problems out on my portal - http://sohailtech.com/.

Hmm.. Sorry I mainly need help with Flash integration with PHP and MySQL, AS3 it not so important but definitely AS2.

Unfortunately I am good with Photoshop myself and will not need a lot of work, however, do you think you are any good in designing desktop backgrounds?

I know a little php and MySQL but depends really what you want to do, so far what i know how to do is to use the post and get methods to send and receive data from an MySQL database using php scripting and displaying in flash.

Well what I need exactly are graphics designers to design backgrounds in various sizes that I have, and probably a flash expert with AS knowledge and is able to do server-side scripting between flash and PHP/MySQL.
