Dude,
You get softaculous with x10. Its an auto installer you'll find in your cpanel. Its at the bottom row. In there youll find options like wordpress and joomla for your blogging site. Both are good and open source. Google them and decide for yourself which is better. i personally use joomla for my site...

i love x10 i use it for everything wordpress works great or you can get free blog scripts light weight ones that wont use to much juice each time page loads Ect.. google is your friend
