Looking for Webcam Software.

I am looking for some free or at least a demo that doesn't expire type webcam software that will allow me to set up a webpage that has live stream and the ability to upload pictures taken from the cam via FTP to be displayed on another page.

That will work for image capture. Do you happen to know of one that does live video feed?
As this says it just does image captures.

Just found that.
The free version has a link back to them. The paid version doesn't.
