Loss of image

I had a rotating globe on my website that initially uploaded fine. Now the image does not open. Off-line, it still opens and rotates. Any thoughts?

Any chance it was bigger than 10MB? That's the file size limit. Files larger than 10MB can be uploaded, but only have a lifetime of four hours (or so) on the server - that's long enough to extract files from a ZIP archive, or to download a ZIP you've created on the server.

Thank you. It is 13.4MB. I will compress it and try again. That totally explains the problem. I don't know what I would do without the community help!

If you use Windows, you can download FileOptimizer and try to losslessly (without quality loss) compress the image to get in under 10 MB. If that doesn't work, you'll need to try a different format or compress it with quality loss.
