lost access to email and cpanel

it has accepted my username and password for this but I they don't work for emal and cpanel.
I received an Account Unsuspension Complete notice on the 14 April and it has been working ok until now (Sun 27 Apr),
My website www.rms1939,x10.mx also seems to have disappeared.
I have tried changing the password via the reply email and got a Password Update Confirmation.
But I still cannot log in. What do I do now?
