When is the last time you logged in to X10 or the forum?

This is the first time I logged on since I lost my account. I thought that was connected with their maintenance so i did not bother to report. It has happened to me before. But now that my subdomain came online again, they already replaced it with advertisement.

A lot of account data was lost because the company X10 uses to back up our data had a massive failure and lost all of it. You may have to start all over again.

If your Cpanel login still works, that's pretty much all you've got. Otherwise, you can sign up for your same account again.
