Lost connection to MySQL server

Hello , Today i made a Cms in php & mysql for inserting news on my site but when i try to access the page where the news skould display it says :

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110 in /home/zyry/public_html/SimpleCMS/_class/simpleCMS.php on line 93
Could not connect. Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110

I used clickandstream.elementfx.com as host or skould i use a other address as Host?

your MySQL hostname MUST be "localhost"
