Lost cPanel Passowrd and ID

Hello,

I am trying to log into on my cPanel, using my x10hosting user id and password. I can't log in. I haven't received any email with my cPanel log in information.

Can any one help ?

You cPanel username is bamraa.
Concerning you password, you can change it when you log in the account panel located at http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php
