Lost cPanel Password

How do I recover my lost cPanel password?

Log into your Account Panel at http://x10hosting.com/control using your forum info and there is an option to change your cPanel password there.

But when I was taken to the form to change my password I am required to fill in my current cPanel password... Which I lost. I wonder, is there a technical issue with cPanel that it just won't allow me in? I forgot but isn't your cPanel password the same as your forum account password? I know for certain the length of both passwords are the same (FYI I manage my passwords with LastPass).
