Lost database mySQL - phpMyAdm error #1040 Too many connections

Was working on my php script --creating -updating - writing from and my phpMyAdm error says #1040 Too many connections

When I try to repair the database it can not find it. I am sure I hosed it up.

Any ideas on how to get it back. No big deal but it won't let me make a new one also.

How can I kill the connections?

MySQL had gone down because of a few problems. It is back online now.
