Hi Admin, the e-mail I use as my login is long dead. How can I reset my password if I can't access the e-mail it is sent to ??

Can you log in to your account via this link:

https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222

And go to the file management. Create a file called garrettroyce.txt in your home folder. Put your new email in that file. If I see that file is there, I'll know you have control of the account and I'll update your email.

No, I can't log in using that link. I can (obviously) log in to this page with my active e-mail.
any other suggestions ? or shall I just create a new account ??

We try to prove custody of an account through email since this is our second factor authentication. I think in this case, if you answer some questions about your account, that would suffice to show ownership.
