Lost everything on my hosting account

I've just lost everything on my hosting file manager... i can't even view my site, i'm on starka.x10hosting.com:2083/
My website is www.musicboxset.co.uk .... please help?

It also says that my directory or any everything does not exist? Everything has gone like the whole of my account was reset... :'(

It appears that the connection between Starka and the SAN (Storage Area Network -- the equivalent of a huge hard drive) has been lost momentarily. (I'm on Starka as well, and I'm also receiving a 404 at the moment.) Your files should still be there once the connection is reestablished, and no, you haven't done anything wrong. It may take a little while to put things back together; please be patient.

I feel relieved now... I was completely re-designing my site. I've spent almost three complete days doing it... But it will be completely done by January 2012.
