lost files after boru upgrade

please help, i lost all my files after the boru upgrade. i don't know how to access my dB, hope it survived. is there any chance the files can be recovered? thanks.

Sadly files can not be recovered. Databases should be intact, they are stored elsewhere.

Databases can be backed up using the export function in phpMyAdmin.

Going to escalate this for further handling.
