Admin... Are you there.

I need you to

1- find my last non corrupted mysql database.

or

2- help me with the login to the R1 backup solution that you provide on any cpanel by giving me the host name that I need to enter. For user and password, I can figure it by myself.

Thank in advance.

Hé admin,

Find 5 minutes to either :

1- recover my database YOU lost in moving you server from one city to an other;

2- Give me back my infos on the R1 backup to let me do my think a lot like a big boy.

For that, I do need : the server host, my user name and password. For the last to, I think I've wait enough to know what is it. But for the first info (server host), I've try every single thing I've think without a single result.

Please advise. Since more than 2 weeks now, my web site is down... more than the 3-5 days max to move a server.

and moreover, I've paid for some services... up to now, I was happy with you usually fast answers... but for this one, I' thinking I'm speaking with myself... and I really have more than that to do in my life.

Waiting for a fast answer.

Norfond.

Re-opening this request : http://x10hosting.com/forums/a/117165-lost-half-my-database.html

I haven't receive my database yet.

So ADMIN, pleased read and answer this request this time before closing it. I've been looking for an answer more than 3 times a day but no reply and boom, the request is closed!!!

Norfond

requests are automatically closed after 3 days without an answer, to prevent buildups. Anyway, I will escalate this thread so that an account manager may help you restore your databases.
