Hi, my hosting account has disappeared, I opened a previous support request but have heard nothing. My account was in good standing and I had nothing on my site to breach any terms, I regularly log-in to the forum and therefore was not suspended for inactivity either.
After receiving no previous reply I attempted to re-open my hosting account by just signing up again, but when I entered my previous domain, the system said it was already in use, so the account still seems to be out there somewhere, I just don't have access to it. My next step would be to use a different domain name, but before I go ahead and do that, I'd just like to know if it's possible to re-unite me with my original hosting account anytime soon?

low priority for them. It seems lots of people are having the same trouble and not of our fault. I hope they would do something.......... soon
