Lost my account

Hi.
I can't login as my namespace username: nael. The site have an empty page, but the site says that user doesn't exists for cpanel login, and I can't register another because the site says that I already have an account.

How can I solve that?

Visit http://x10hosting.com/logout and you should be able to register for a new account.

After the registration, i received this mail:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for nael.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)

After that, I am in the same point that before: can't login, and neither create a new account.

I removed the DNS entry, you should be able to get in now.
