Lost my cPanel account and password.

I forgot my cPanel account and password. They are the same as the control panel's ?

Look the user name in confirmation emails you recieved at the time of registration and you can retrieve password by using forgot password link in http://x10hosting.com/control .If you don't have emails then don't worry just post here moderators will help you.
Edit:- you can use email address you used at time of registration as user name too.

I can login in the control panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/), but when I click Hosting --> Login to cPanel(https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) it says Login Attempt Failed!

Login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control .There you can Update your password for Cpanel.If old password is required , then use current forum password
