I have (had?) an AD-FREE account.
My site: www.gpaul.x10hosting.com
It used to contain pages I uploaded, but not any more :-
I now see a page saying that Apache is working with CPanel and WHM server.
- the default CPanel test page ...?
I tried to access my cpanel - no joy. My registered user (grahamp) and password don't allow me to login.
I tried to manage my account at http://x10hosting.com/account, but this asks me to link my forum account to my hosting account in order to use an AD-ENHANCED hosting account (I used to have an AD-FREE one). I read up how to link my account, but need to manage my account details to trigger an email... so I can't do that.
I haven't visited for ages (since there were loads of problems during the server moves), so I did expect to be suspended, but this seems a bit more than that.
If possible I'd like to get either:
1. www.gpaul.x10hosting.com linked to forum user grahamp (unsuspended if necessary) and my cpanel access problems resolved
or
2. delete my account 'grahamp' and site www.gpaul.x10hosting.com
and then re-create the account from scratch
I have a copy of all my content, so its no big deal to re-create it.
All help appreciated.
Thanks
