Lost replies from post in free-hosting form

what is with this free-hosting forum - my post received a reply from [ descalzo ] -- I replied to that -- then both replies were lost and ticket closed ???

I removed the two posts after I closed the original thread. Trying to clean up the forum.

Keep opening threads so you will have more open support tickets.
