Resolved lost work on my website

I didnt notice until today that A-records are changing for free hosting, my site went down, and so i updated the A record on my cloudflare.

now my site is back up but seems to be a version from a long time ago.

I've tried to connect to my old FTP details but i cant seem to get my latest site and transfer it over.

i've lost quite a lot of work (yes its my fault) but im hoping someone could help me out.
